Service Response Time
In the event that something should go wrong with your copier(s), we guarantee a 4 hour response time during business hours. If the copier cannot be repaired on site, a replacement of equal or greater value is promised within 24 hours.
Returns
NCC will accept returned equipment for up to three (3) weeks after delivery.
