Don't worry, because we have a solution for your emergency problems. Taejon promises a 4-hour response time. We also guarantee that if your copier cannot be fixed that day, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value within 3 business days.
Leases
Taejon offers a standard lease for a 5-year period. If you want other lease options, see one of our great customer service managers.
Returns
Taejon accepts returned equipment for up to 3 weeks after delivery, BUT if you miss this deadline Taejon has a 1 year merchandise warranty where all parts and labor are covered
