    The Judith Herb College of Education - College Computing

    Information Technology Support

    Located in Gillham Hall, room 3280, The College Computing center for the Judith Herb College of Education (JHCOE) is where faculty, staff, and students can turn to for all of their computing concerns and questions.   We are committed to provide solid information technology support for faculty, staff, and students in the College of Education.

    We are committed to a high level of customer service satisfaction and strive to achieve quality and consistency in college-wide computing. We also work to ensure that information technology can be used to better the quality of services to the administration, faculty and staff, as well as enhancing the quality of instruction through information technology to students.

    Our goals and objectives are:

    • To support the mission of the college and of the University
    • To provide JHCOE faculty, staff, and students with basic instruction about educational and Information Technology services
    • To provide JHCOE faculty, staff, and students with information regarding college computing services and support
    • To inform of and review other available technology services and offerings
