Master of Arts and Education in English

 

ADVANCED English EDUCATION

This combined master's program integrates graduate courses in English and education to prepare students with a advance understanding of teaching and learning in literacy. This program is appropriate for students in English who are interested in developing as educators as well as educators interested in advancing their development in literacy. 

College Credit Plus. The Master of Arts and Education is an online graduate education and English program designed for teachers licensed in AYA Language Arts. The program is 36 graduate hours including 2 face-to-face seminars (4 credits). Program completers earn a Master of Arts and Education and become qualified to teach CCP courses in Language Arts including Ohio OTM college courses in Language Arts (OTM: ENGL 1110, 1130, 2710, and 2720) in high school for the University of Toledo.

Do you already have a master's degree? Then you may be eligible to earn an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction while earning the credentials to teach CCP or entry level college biology.
