Transition:  EI to PreK and PreK to KGarten

There are two major transition times during the early childhood years.  They include the transition from Early Intervention (Part C) to pre-K programs (Part b) and transition from pre-k programs (Part B) services to kindergarten.  Early childhood teachers may be asked to assist with the implementation of transition plans during these two times. The websites below provide information related to these transitions and provide strategies for participation in these transitions.
