and entrepreneurial assistance program for high-tech companies. The program is funded,
managed, and operated by a partnership of the University of Toledo, University of
Toledo Innovation Enterprises Corporation, Rocket Ventures LLC, and the State of Ohio
Edison Technology Incubator Program. Eligible program clients possess significant
intellectual property for revolutionary technologies and a clearly defined, mutually
beneficial relationship with the University of Toledo.
