M and Z Departments
The firm consists of departments that can be categorized into three functional areas:
Support Services: Including Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, and Purchasing departments
Business Legal Services: Including Real Estate, Securities Offerings and Reporting, Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors Rights, and Employee Benefits departments
Personal Legal Services: Including Personal Litigation and Personal Tax Law departments
