The Center for Health and Successful Living is a collaborative venture between different departments at the University of Toledo. The Center features a novel design that blends educational experiences for students, research opportunities for faculty members, volunteer opportunities for survivors of chronic illnesses, service opportunities for members of the community, and the provision of customized services. To our knowledge, this is the first center in the United States to feature this educational "hub" design.

The Center is located in suite 1100 of the Health and Human Services building on the Main campus, sharing the suite with Rocket Wellness and the Center for Successful Aging.

Initially, the Center will focus on serving survivors of breast cancer. Over time, the membership will be expanded to include those dealing with other chronic illnesses.
