Gold & Blue Plans
The UToledo Vision Plans provide employees and their eligible covered dependents with benefit coverage for vision care services, such as eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses. Choose between the blue or gold plans, both of which use the Vision Service Plan (VSP) Network but offer different levels of benefit coverage. Refer to the plan summaries below.
