The John H. Russel Center for Educational Leadership is a resource of the Department of Educational Studies in the Judith Herb College of Education at The University of Toledo.

John H. Russel Scholarship

The charitable purpose of the Fund shall be to benefit Master's or Doctoral Students admitted to and in good standing in the Higher Education Program at The University of Toledo. This scholarship will support the scholarly work and travel and professional activities related to it. Awards will be based on consideration of the applicants' academic performance, the content of their scholarly proposal, the merit of professional development resulting from requested travel and professional activities, and their written statement describing their aspirations in the field of higher education.
