Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in EDAS (36 Semester Hours)

Education professionals who have completed a Master’s Degree are eligible to pursue an Ed.S. in EDAS that can include licensure as either an Administrative Principal (for those who hold no administrative license) or School District Leader (for those who already hold an Administrative Principal license).  The degree is considered by UT to be a terminal degree (only 12 semester hours of the degree may be applied to a doctoral plan of study, should the student decide to pursue that degree.) For more information about the Ed.S. option, contact the Program Coordinator, a member of the EDAS faculty, or the Department Chairperson.
