PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction offers rigorous, but
flexible programs, allowing the student to focus on particular areas of interest,
such as English/language arts, reading, science, mathematics, social studies, or other
areas. This Off-Campus Cohort provides:
- All courses offered at off-campus site, including summers
- Program completion in two years
- A 30 Semester hour program
- A scholarship for cohort members of approximately $500 per course reducing the cost
of tuition by 1/3
- Three 12 week sessions during the school year and one, six-week session during June
and July (start time will vary with each cohort)
- Courses taught by UT faculty
- Standards-based program
- Electives tailored to cohort’s needs
