The purpose of this survey is learn more about how to support parents and families in finding inclusive childcare for their child with disabilities. This is a research project being conducted by Dr. Laurie Dinnebeil and Dr. William McInerney at The University of Toledo. You are invited to participate in this research project because you are parent of a child with a disability who is currently enrolled OR has been enrolled in an early childhood program OR you are a parent of a child with a disability and you need to find childcare. The following online survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Your responses will be confidential and we do not collect identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address. Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey.
