UTeach Job Fair

University of Toledo Student Union (2nd Floor)

Join us for the 2016 UTeach Job Fair at the University of Toledo to find your next outstanding educator. The Judith Herb College of Education is fully accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and all teacher preparation programs are nationally recognized. Our candidates represent a full range of licensure areas (i.e., grade-bands, content areas) and have had comprehensive field experiences in diverse school environments. Additionally, our high quality candidates are skilled in classroom management, inquiry based learning, integrated technology, and evidence-based strategies. The University of Toledo has more than 200 students graduating from the Judith Herb College of Education this year. Our past alumni will be invited to the event, along with candidates from Lourdes University's College of Education, Adrian College and Defiance College.

In addition to bachelor degree candidates, our college has a robust program for graduate-level teacher preparation. The Licensure and Master's Program (LAMP) is recognized by the State and local school districts as an outstanding pathway for earning an Ohio teaching license for non-traditional candidates.

To allow you, the representatives to select students you would like to interview, you will develop your own schedule as you meet with students between the hours of 8:00am to 9:30am. This will allow you to be selective and add additional licensures to your interview schedule which will be from 9:30am to noon and from 1:00pm to 4pm. Interviews will be 25 minutes each.
