PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Early Childhood Education, PreK-3 program prepares students to work with children who are age 3 to grade 3. The Master’s and Education Specialist Programs in Early Childhood Education, PreK-3 reflect the latest in theory, research, and practice in these developmentally crucial early years. Faculty are nationally-recognized scholars who work with graduate students on various projects, papers, and grants.

CURRICULUM INFORMATION
- The Master of Education in Early Childhood Education, PreK-3 is a 36-hour program.
- The Education Specialist Degree requires 32 hours of course work beyond the Master’s Degree.
- The Ed.D. and Ph.D. programs have an impressive track record for placing students in research and teaching positions in colleges and universities, school districts, and state agencies.
