UT Flu Kits

Environmental Health and Radiation Safety has distributed flu-kits to Residence Life.  The kits each contain a thermometer, hand sanitizer, and several masks and gloves.  If you become ill with flu-like symptoms please contact your hall director(s) to receive a kit and contact the medical center to receive treatment and/or medical advice. 

It is recommended that students remain inside their dorms, reducing their contact with other students for at least 24 hours after symptoms (including fever) subside.  If it is necessary to leave their rooms, students should be advised to wear masks and use gloves when out in the university/community.
