NEW procedure for HONORS Learning Contracts effective spring semester
The Honors Contract form and deadlines for submitting the form are changing effective spring semester 2012. If you are planning to do an Honors Contract spring semester, be sure you have the new form, labeled “Spring 2012,” available in the Honors Office. Completed contracts should be brought to the Honors Office preferably by the end of the add/drop period, January 23, but no later than 4:30 pm the last day of the eighth week of the semester. Late contracts will be processed only in special circumstances and with the approval of the Honors College Dean.
Note: Graduating seniors must submit their contracts by the end of the add/drop period.
Unique Academic and Social Opportunities--A Challenging and Supportive Environment
The University of Toledo Honors College is designed specifically to meet the needs of highly motivated and academically talented
students. Established in the College of Arts & Sciences as a Program in 1963, it was one of the earliest Honors Programs at
a state university. The Honors College has a strong tradition of excellence and provides students with the best opportunities--both
inside and outside the classroom.
As a member of UT's Honors College, you will enjoy a challenging and nurturing environment conducive to intellectual growth
and discovery. Whether you are working on a research project with a faculty member or participating in special Honors events,
you will receive the personal attention associated with a small college combined with the resources of a large state university.
