Regular Acceptance
The UT College of Medicine participates in the American Medical College Applications Services (AMCAS) program. Applicants must submit their application using the AMCAS electronic application at www.aamc.org.
Processing of preliminary AMCAS applications begins in mid June and ends November 1. On the basis of the data provided in the preliminary AMCAS application, the Admissions Committee may request secondary application information from the applicant. With the secondary application, the applicant must provide recommendations and pay a non-refundable fee, and may opt to provide a photograph. No application fee is charged for pre-screening the AMCAS application. The deadline to submit an AMCAS application is November 1.
Applicants must be citizens of the United States or have permanent resident status.
