B. Personnel are aware of required regulatory requirements as they relate to current and future environmental issues.
- Has a process been designed to assure compliance with environmental regulations?
- Has a written code of environmental regulations been communicated to all employees to address current and future environmental issues?
- Are regulatory information and changes or developments monitored and communicated
to employees in appropriate functions or departments?
