Effectiveness and efficiency of operations 

A. Employees receive adequate and relevant training.

  1. Have training requirements been developed for all employees?
  2. Are opinions and ideas solicited from management, supervisors, and employees to identify training needs?
  3. Is feedback gathered from training participants for continuous improvement?
  4. Is regular feedback obtained from employees to understand and anticipate future training needs?
  5. Are problems that occur within the University's business processes analyzed for indications of potential deficiencies in knowledge and skills?

B. Personnel are aware of required ethical standards.

  1. Has a written code of conduct been implemented to govern employee behavior?
  2. Is appropriate action taken when employees violate the code of conduct?
