BROOKE MASON

 

Brooke Mason was the first full time sustainability specialist. She created the initial University carbon footprint report and the Campus sustainability plan. She published several articles to build sustainability awareness across campus and . She went on to pursue her PhD in Civil Engineering with focus on intelligent water systems at University of Michigan.

NEIL TABOR

 

Neil was the second full time sustainability specialist. He brought in new ideas to invigorate the SEED team. Installation of electric hand dryers was one of his projects along with expanding the campus bicycling system. The hand dryers are doing a great job as of today and UToledo, some day, could be on the way to minimize paper towel use across campus. 

SAKIB PATHAN

Sakib is pursuing his Doctoral studies in Civil Environmental Engineering at UToledo. He has a diverse set of experiences that range from designing water treatment facilities, using drones for setting up mobile air monitoring network, working on energy efficiency projects, transportation/Rail networks to working with a group of students that build rockets. 

JENNELL BROWN

 

Jennell had been a fantastic asset to the sustainability team. She came from a psychology background while pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counselling. She was creative in her approach and provided great ideas and implemented many of those ideas to raise the public relation/awareness of SEED at UToledo.

LATISHA MARU

Latisha is pursuing her Master’s degree in the school of Business at UToledo. Her interests vary broadly. She designs awesome displays. She is proud to be a part of SEED team and feels great about contributing towards making our campus better place to live in.

MAUSMA AKTER

Mausma is doing Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Her excellent skills of multi-tasking and working on projects with time management is outstanding. We welcome her in the team.

OLANUSI OLALEKAN

 

Ola's contribution was running the recycling pick-ups in the sustainability team. He graduated in Energy engineering and is now working at Tesla in Utah. His work was advocate of conservative and sustainable use of earth's wealth.  We thank him for his contribution and wish him luck for future.

OLALEKAN M

Ola is pursuing his bachelor’s degree in C.S Engineering at UToledo and is also a member of US Army. He also was running the recycling pick-ups in the sustainability team to help make UToledo greener.

SUYASH N

Suyash is pursuing his Master's in Mechanical Engineering. Renewable energy intrigues him hence he is obliged to be a part of SEED team.

DAMI

Dami is pursuing his Masters in Chemical engineering at UToledo. His contribution is important because the earth's resources are finite and recycling helps conserve these resources.
