If that sounds like you, you just might find your fit at UToledo. But, there's only one way to find out, come and see for yourself!

Check-in for Preview Day will be held just outside the Auditorium at the Lancelot Thompson Student Union between 8:30AM and 9:30AM. The program will start with a welcome and admission presentation promptly at 9:30AM.  The end-time of a Preview Day event is determined based upon how many sessions a student attends, with session times and options listed below. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the full day of opportunities with multiple sessions.

Lunch will be served from 11:15AM-2:30PM in the Lancelot Thompson Student Union Auditorium.

Session I — 10:20AM-11:00AM

College of Arts and Letters

Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies include Africana Studies, Asian Studies, American Studies, Anthropology, Communications, Disability Studies, Economics, Geography and Planning, Global Studies, Law and Social Thought, Political Science and Public Administration, Psychology, Sociology, and Women’s and Gender Studies. Arts and Humanities include Art History, English, Film, History, Music Education, Music Performance, Philosophy and Religious Studies, Studio Fine Arts, and Theater.

UNDECIDED

Undecided on a major? Stuck between two great options? Unsure of where to go or how to start? No problem, UT is the home for you! Our program for Undecided Students is specially designed to help students find the major that is the best fit for them. Come to this session to not only learn what strategies and resources that are available for Undecided Students, but also discover a little bit more about the other 150 majors we have here at UT. Hosted by University College.

College of Nursing

Learn about the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. The session will describe admission requirements, application to the nursing major and curriculum.

College Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences

Programs include 2+4 year Doctor of Pharmacy and 2+2 year Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Medicinal & Biological Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology/Toxicology, and Pharmacy Administration), Cosmetic Science and Formulation Design.

You Belong:  Welcome to Our Diverse Community

Participate in an interactive exploration of UToledo’s commitment to diversity. This session includes a student panel, a review of multicultural programming, multicultural student organizations and conversations about our welcoming campus community

RESIDENCE HALL AND HONORS housing TOURS

  1. Residence Hall -- This tour will be providing the opportunity to view both suite-style and traditional housing options.
  2. Honors Housing -- This tour will be stopping at MacKinnon Hall and Honors Academic Village providing guests the opportunity to view honors housing options.
Session II — 11:15AM-11:55AM

College of Engineering

Engineering is about giving you the knowledge and ability to turn your ideas into reality. Tour the world-class engineering complex and learn about engineering fields, co-ops and jobs.

College of Health and Human Services

Love people? Interested in health? Discover how our programs in Criminal Justice, Exercise Science, Health Care Administration, Health Information Administration, Paralegal Studies, Public Health, Recreational Therapy, Respiratory Care, Social Work, and Speech Language Pathology can rocket you from UToledo to a great career!

Judith Herb college of Education

Education programs include Adolescent and Young Adult, Middle Childhood, Early Childhood, Multi-Age (Art, Foreign Language, and Music) and Special Education.

Financing Your Education

Representatives from the Offices of Financial Aid and Scholarships will discuss the financial aid application process and review the scholarship opportunities available. They will also discuss important dates for these opportunities.

Living On Campus

Representatives from Residence Life, Honors Academic Village, Recreation Center and Dining Services will be offering presentations about life on campus.

Session III — 12:05PM-1:05PM

College of Business and Innovation

Programs include Accounting, Digital Marketing/Electronic Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Financial Services, General Management, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, International Business, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership, Professional Sales, as well as Associate Degrees.

Financing Your Education

Representatives from the Offices of Financial Aid and Scholarships will discuss the financial aid application process and review the scholarship opportunities available. They will also discuss important dates for these opportunities.

Living On Campus

Representatives from Residence Life, Honors Academic Village, the Recreation Center and Dining Services will be offering presentations about life on campus.

College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics

Learn about programs in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics, Physics, Astronomy, and Medical Technology that lead to exciting careers in science, math, medicine and related fields. Meet and ask current students about their experience in our Science and Math programs.

An abbreviated tour of campus is available during this session as an option. 

Session IV — 1:10PM-1:45PM

Pre-Medical, Pre-Dental, Pre-Veterinary

This session will describe the tracks that assist students with achieving their goals of entering medical, dental, veterinary medicine, chiropractic, optometry, or podiatry careers. This session will cover the science courses needed to meet professional school admissions requirements along with other factors considered in admission decisions. Specialized advising through the Pre-medical/Pre-dental/Pre-veterinary Office and options for majors will also be discussed.

Session V — 1:50PM-2:20PM

Jesup Scott Honors College

Learn about the opportunities and advantages available to students who enroll in the Jesup Scott Honors College.
