	Attracts hardworking and engaged students who know how to balance priorities.  Almost 60% of ESSPS students work 15 or more hours a week to finance their educations (over 70% have a job while in school), and over 50% of ESSPS students are involved with campus organizations Develops approximately 100 sales students and is one of the largest and most robust programs in the country Orchestrates the nation’s first and only national sales competition dedicated exclusively to the non-senior – University of Toledo Invitational Sales Competition (UTISC)
	Provides opportunity for deep immersion – Internal Sales Competition (ISC) product/service focus and classroom live cases Organizes large scale events on campus and/or online – Internal Sales Competition (ISC) with Sales Connection and Social Flight School
	Arranges intimate, small group and 1-1 interactions – Corporate Coaching Sessions, Class Interactions, Exclusive Engagements, Beyond the Booth, and Job Shadowing Ensures strategic alignment with an active advisory board comprised of businesses, alumni, and students Follows-up on collaboration opportunities with Neff Job Fairs and student organizations like Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE), Alpha Kappa Psi (AKP), and American Marketing Association (AMA)
