Dr. Pentina is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Toledo. Her research interests are in the areas of internet marketing and retailing, social media marketing, and online consumer behavior. She has authored over 80 scientific publications and taught classes in over 15 marketing subjects. She founded and served as faculty director of the University of Toledo Interactive Marketing Initiative, and coordinated UT Annual Internet Marketing Conferences in 2009-2014. Dr. Pentina was a Fulbright Research Scholar for the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 academic years. During her career in academia, she has served as journal guest editor, conference track and session chair, and reviewer for various journals. In 2015 he was named Elsevier Outstanding Reviewer for the Journal of Interactive Marketing.
