The University of Toledo Foundation, in collaboration with Fairmount Properties, opened Gateway in the summer of 2012
on the corner of Dorr Street and Secor Road. It is now home to 10 businesses, including
The University of Toledo Bookstore, the Lofts at Gateway and a host of eateries.
The 88,500-square-foot retail center was developed not only for the students, faculty
and staff of the University, but has become a community resource for all Toledoans
and a source of investment revenue for the Foundation.

The University of Toledo Bookstore
Gateway is home to the official University of Toledo Bookstore! In association with Barnes & Noble College, the bookstore offers textbooks to buy or rent, plus the most popular reads. The bookstore is also the top stop for Toledo Rockets gear and your Starbucks fix! Visit the bookstore for everything you need in UT clothing, accessories and gifts.
Lofts at Gateway
Right next to The University of Toledo and right in your budget, the Lofts at Gateway gives you the convenience you want at a price you can afford. The apartments have been carefully created with student needs in mind. With four floor plans to choose from and plenty of amenities, you will find everything you're looking for in an apartment.
Brew Coffee Bar
Brew coffee bar serves locally roasted and ethically sourced coffee from Zingerman's Coffee in Ann Arbor, Mich., along with fresh pastries and desserts from area bakeries. Domino's Pizza
Domino's Pizza offers pizzas with a wide variety of toppings, but not only pizza! They also offer bread sticks, stuffed cheesy bread, wings, boneless chicken, oven baked sandwiches and penne pastas! For dessert, there are Cinna Stix®, chocolate lava crunch cakes and Marbled Cookie Brownie™.
Huntington
Huntington Bank at Gateway provides a convenient location for faculty, staff and students, as well as the community. They offer a 24-hour ATM and easy-to-use mobile banking app. Also, as the preferred bank on campus, Huntington provides funding for University of Toledo academic programs and scholarships.
