AP tests taken during your senior year
The University of Toledo does not receive official AP scores until mid-July after Rocket Launch has been completed. Therefore you should take Chemistry and Mathematics placement tests before you come to Rocket Launch, even if you have taken AP Chemistry and AP Calculus tests during your senior year. You will be able to adjust your Chemistry and Mathematics course registration after Rocket Launch when we receive your AP scores.
If you have access to your AP test scores prior to your scheduled Rocket Launch, you can show your scores to your advisor and they can adjust your initial Chemistry and Mathematics course registration accordingly. Note that you must have your official AP test scores sent to the University of Toledo (UT) to receive transcripted course credit for any AP courses completed.
Post-secondary credit taken during your senior year
The University of Toledo may not receive official transcripts for post-secondary coursework completed through College Credit Plus or other dual-enrollment programs until after Rocket Launch has been completed. Therefore you should take Chemistry and Mathematics placement tests before you come to Rocket Launch, even if you have taken post-secondary Chemistry and Mathematics courses during your senior year. You will be able to adjust your Chemistry and Mathematics course registration after Rocket Launch when we receive your official transcripts.
If you have access to unofficial post-secondary transcripts with final grades prior to your scheduled Rocket Launch, you can show these transcripts to your advisor and they can adjust your initial Chemistry and Mathematics course registration accordingly. Note that you must have your official transcripts sent to the University of Toledo (UT) to receive transcripted course credit for any post-secondary coursework completed.
