Central Services
Manages, directs, and coordinates the activities and operations of Central Services including Custodial, Work & Key Control, Fleet. Coordinates the administration of service contracts for Pest & Waste management. Makes recommendations concerning the hiring of staff, reviewing and evaluating work performance, counseling, disciplining and recommends termination of staff. Scheduling of personnel as well as indirectly supervising staff to include periodically reviewing activities to ensure conformance with standards of quality and safety.

Custodial Services strive to provide the most efficient, versatile, timely, and economical services. We are committed to enhancing and maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and preservation of all academic, administrative, and other facilities buildings, including the oversight of event set-ups. In addition to daily cleaning & disinfecting services, custodial assist with snow removal near entrances and at University events.
