The frequency which the buildings are cleaned, combined with the types of cleaning required are normally scheduled according to the availability of personnel and customers needs. In making assignments or responding to custodial service calls, Central Services highest priorities are always based on considerations of safety and hygiene first, particularly in allocating resources to the scheduled maintenance of high-use restrooms; main entrances; high hallways; classrooms; common areas and offices.
These schedules of routine and other maintenance are adjusted when special needs or emergencies arise. The department encourages all of its customers to contact the Custodial Supervisor for your building concerning issues regarding cleaning schedules or projects in your building.
