Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for establishing guidelines for the purchasing/leasing of a vehicle for the departments.

University Vehicle Requirement - NEW
- Vehicle MUST be Flex Fuel if less thank 8,500 gross weight rating.
- Vehicle MUST be American made.
- Vehicle MUST have white, blue or gray exterior.
University Vehicle Requirement - USED
- Vehicle MUST NOT be over 5 years old.
- Department MUST allow 60 days to be found; inspected; purchased; processed and billed.
- 45 Day Temporary Tag MUST be part of the vehicle purchase agreement.
- 2 sets of keys to be maintained by the responsible department.
