Submit issue for Faculty Senate review

If you have an issue you would like the Faculty Senate to examine, please do one of the following:

  1. Prepare an email message that contains a description of the issue, provide as much detail as possible and attach any related documentation. Send the email to facultysenate@utoledo.edu.
     
  2. If you would like to anonymously submit an issue, please prepare a document that contains a description of the issue, provide as much detail as possible, and include any related documentation. Send the materials to:

The Faculty Senate will assign each submitted issue to the appropriate Senate Committee for review. If you have given your name, the Senate will provide you with a follow up to your submission.
