Napkin Holders

Advertising in the napkin holders in campus dining halls is available to campus organizations by emailing their request to no later than 3 weeks prior to their desired placement date. The slot size for ads in the napkin holders is 6 ½” w x 4 ½” h. There are roughly 230 napkin holders between South Dining, SU Food Court, Steak ‘n Shake and Ottawa East Dining. Artwork must be submitted to no later than one week prior to confirmed placement date.

Requests are processed on a first come, first served basis, so the earlier the request received, the better. Once approved, insertion of ads is the responsibility of the organization, not UT Dining, and is limited to one side in each holder.
