Mission
The University of Toledo’s Legal & Paralegal Studies Program provides course work and practical experiences designed to develop the knowledge and communication skills necessary for successful, productive employment in and contribution to the legal profession.
Goals & Objectives
The Program’s goals and objectives are:
- to provide course work and practical paralegal experiences designed to develop knowledge in ethical issues
- to provide course work and practical paralegal experiences designed to develop communication and research skills
- to prepare students for successful, productive employment
- to prepare students to contribute to the legal profession
- to provide a high-quality paralegal educational program
- to design new courses and review existing courses as appropriate
- to implement innovative teaching methods and technology as appropriate
