CME
PGY 4 - tuition to review course plus five days time to attend (expenses met by resident)

PGY 5 - five days time to attend review course (cost met by resident)

PGY 5 - expenses to attend RSNA plus five days time (plus two days if held in Florida); limit $900.

Senior authored paper presentation - expense to meeting covered and three days time
