Department of Exploratory Studies

Non-Degree Seeking

The Department of Exploratory Studies is one of the places at The University of Toledo for you if you are looking to take a few classes, fulfill a prerequisite, or to explore other interests. 

You can take up to 24 semester hours of undergraduate college credit or 9 credit hours for graduate level courses as a non-degree seeking student. 

Students must  be admitted to The University of Toledo before meeting with an academic adviser. An academic adviser will then assist you with class registration. 

Non Traditional Students Working in the LabFor Graduate Students, start your visit in graduate studies at the Graduate College either on Main campus in 3240 University Hall or Health Science Campus, Mulford Library Building, 1st Floor, Room #117
