Comp Ticket Guidelines

  • Theatre and Film student comps (for student majors) can be used only by the student. They cannot be transferred to/used by someone else.
  • Production/Screening Student Cast and Crew comps are in place of comps offered for being a Theatre and Film student major or minor - for example a student major or minor who was also part of the production would get two - not 3.
  • Comps can be used for any performance, subject to availability
  • Comps should be requested as soon as a date is chosen - for performances and/or screenings that are sold out, you will be added to a waiting list
  • Comp requests can be made at the Box Office during business hours or can be made directly with Christopher M. Montpetit - comp requests must be made more than one hour prior to the performance/screening. Comps cannot be requested within an hour of the event.
  • Comp tickets can be picked up upon request or can be left at Will Call (for family and friends).
  • Comp tickets not picked up when ordering will automatically be held at Will Call
  • Comp tickets not picked up by 10 minutes before the show will be released to the public for sale

AboUT Will Call

When ordering your comps at the Box Office, you can take your tickets with you or tell the attendant that you would like to pick them up just before the performance at Will Call. You can also designate someone other than yourself to pick up the tickets at Will Call. Will Call tickets (both comps and sales) must be picked up before 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the performance/screening - Will Call tickets not picked up prior to this time will be released to the general public for sale.
