The University of Toledo Psychology Clinic

The University of Toledo Psychology Clinic is a training clinic that serves as a teaching, training, and research clinic for faculty and students in the Department of Psychology.  The UTPC's mission is to serve three functions: training, service, research. The primary purpose of the UTPC is to support the University of Toledo's Clinical Psychology doctoral program, providing the necessary infrastructure and physical structure for the program's initial and ongoing advanced clinical training. The UTPC is also an effective mental health agency that provides high-quality and affordable clinical services to the Greater Toledo Community. While the UTPC describes itself explicitly as a training clinic, the services provided must be clinically appropriate and meet or exceed minimum standards of care. Research is also an important function of the UTPC. The integration of research and training/service is an essential part of training.
