Holly Monsos is Associate Dean in the College of Arts and Letters at the University of Toledo. She is primarily a costume designer, and joined the UT faculty in the Department of Theatre and Film in 1991. Prior to that, she taught and designed at the Dillard School of Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and spent several years as a cutter/draper in professional theatre including extensive work with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Actor's Theatre of Louisville, and the San Francisco Opera.

She has designed for The Toledo Symphony Orchestra, the Toledo Repertoire Theatre, Montana Rep, and Ms. Unseen Productions in New Zealand, among others, and is the resident costume designer for the Glacity Theatre Collective here in Toledo, where she also serves as Executive Director.

The Doctor and the Colonel characters from Every Good Boy Deserves Favour production, costumed in tie and tails and as a military figure with a multitude of medals across the Colonel's chest.

Holly is active in her professional organization, the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT), and just recently stepped down as the VP for Members, Sections & Chapters for the Institute.
