Enterprise Business Systems and Data Analytics Tracks

June 2024: In the field of information systems, there are two prominent job growth areas: project management and business analytics. In that endeavor, the ISSCM department offers two distinct tracts that help prepare our students for their future careers. The Enterprise Business Systems track caters to individuals aspiring to become IS project managers. This curriculum emphasizes essential project management competencies, including project planning, requirements analysis, process automation, and other IS skills. The Business Analytics track caters to those interested in roles within the burgeoning field of Business Analytics. Students engage in courses focusing on data analysis techniques such as data visualization, data cleansing, data mining, and other related IS skills.

- INFS 3770 – Intro to Database Systems

- INFS 4510 – Systems Analysis and Design
- OSCM 4210 – Project Management
- 1 Elective Courses from the following list:
- Any 3000 or 4000 level IS class that is currently offered. This does not include the 6 classes above.

Business Analytics Track
