With the generous support of the Robert and Donna Martin Family, the Doing Right Spotlight was created to recognize businesses that go beyond profit—making a meaningful impact in the lives of their employees, customers, and communities.
Each year, we celebrate companies that embody the spirit of “doing right”—whether through philanthropy, employee well-being initiatives, or community service. These companies don’t seek recognition; they do it because it’s the right thing to do. Their stories inspire us all to make a difference, no matter how big or small.
Doing Right Spotlight 2025
In 2025, we are proud to celebrate Nysus Solutions, Principle Business Enterprises, Inc., and Ohio Logistics—three companies that are leading with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to giving back. Their dedication to uplifting others, fostering strong workplace cultures, and investing in their communities demonstrates the profound impact businesses can have beyond the workplace.

Student Scholarships 2025
In the spirit of doing right, there were 3 University of Toledo students awarded $1,000 scholarships donated by the 2024 Doing Right Spotlight Honorees. The scholarship winners were Favour Ohaezu, Chiemerie Izuchukwu, and Jacob Michalski.
Supporting Future Leaders
The Doing Right Spotlight Student Scholarships invest in the next generation of leaders, with support from past Doing Right Spotlight honorees.
These scholarships recognize students who demonstrate leadership, service, and community impact, helping them pursue their education and create meaningful change.

Nominations for 2026 will officially open in November 2025. You can submit a pre-nomination now to ensure you’re notified directly when nominations open.
