Reserving a classroom
SCHEDULE A GENERAL PURPOSE CLASSROOM FOR A credit COURSE
Credit classes have priority for academic classroom reservations. Academic classroom reservations can be made for non-credit activities after the first two weeks of each term for that term.
Schedule a course in Astra
The University of Toledo's scheduling system, Astra Schedule, is a web-based tool available to the UT community for requesting rooms for academic and non-academic events.
Academic classroom hours are as follows:

- Monday through Thursday: 8:00am - 9:30pm
(only until 5:00pm during break weeks) - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
- Sunday: Not Available
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00am - 9:30pm
Anything before or after these posted times will result in a charge to the group(s) using the rooms taken care of by Classroom Support.

Academic classroom reservations can be made for non-credit activities after the first two weeks of each term for that term.
MAIN CAMPUS: Login to Astra and complete the MC Non-Credit Event Request Form (Use this form to request the use of a general purpose classroom for a non-course
related purpose).
