Brown Enterprise Solutions (BES) is the University's preferred supplier for your office supply needs.
BES has created a customized ordering experience for UToledo customers, including creating accounts for known staff who regularly order Office Supplies. - BES is the diverse supplier partner of Staples
- To reduce the university's carbon footprint, delivery to the departments has been limited to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Orders received before 4:00 pm will be delivered the next scheduled delivery day.
- University P-card is REQUIRED for purchases.
