Welcome to the Judith Herb College of Education (JHCOE) at UToledo! We are pleased that you have chosen this institution to continue your education. This manual has been designed to help you reach your goal of becoming a licensed educator in grades PreK-12. The manual is divided into four sections:

  • Section IV – Student Teaching Portfolio / Initial Educator Module
    This section is available in the student teacher’s Anthology account. Guidelines for successful completion of the student teaching portfolio are contained within the account.  Additionally, information on the Initial Educator Module is found on Anthology
