Gary Marck is the Chairman and CEO of the Marck Group of Companies, which includes G.G. Marck & Associates, specializing in supplying specialty drinkware to the promotional products industry, and International Tableware Inc., a leader in supplying ceramic dinnerware, glassware and flatware to the foodservice and retail markets. Gary is also co-founder and managing partner of I.B.C. Inc., specializing in the development and management of over five million square feet of industrial, commercial, and residential properties in Toledo, Ohio. While still in college, Gary started Custom Deco Inc., growing that company into one of the largest decorators of drinkware in the United States prior to selling in 1986. Gary also has joint venture ownership in two of the largest ceramic factories in China.

Gary and his companies have over ten patents as well as multiple trademarks and copyrights relating to the drinkware and dinnerware business.

Gary and his companies have been actively involved and contributors in a number of business and community organizations, including ZEST! (Formerly Share Our Strength’s "Taste of the Nation" Toledo), Society of Glass and Ceramic Decorators, National Restaurant Association, Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank, Boys and Girls Club of Northwest Ohio, Planned Pethood, Hope Academy, Northwest Ohio Scholarship Fund, Learning Club, Cherished Friends of Ahava, Heartbeat of Toledo, The Science Society, Imagination Station, Alliance for Paired Kidney Donation, former Diocese of Toledo Investment Committee Member, Maumee Panther Pride Foundation, Toledo Warehouse District Association, Toledo Chamber of Commerce, Toledo Zoological Society, Better Business Bureau, Toledo Museum of Art, The University of Toledo Alumni Association, The American Society of Mechanical Engineers, former president of the College of Engineering Alumni Affiliate, former American Red Cross CPR instructor, Order of the Engineer, Blue Key, and a longtime sponsors of the Toledo Mud Hens and the University of Toledo Athletics Department.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo awarded in 1975. He is a member of Triangle Fraternity and the Pi Tau Sigma engineering honorary.
