Mr. Donald A. Sclatter

Mr. Donald A. Schlatter graduated from the University of Toledo with a master's degree
in Industrial Engineering. Donald belongs to numerous professional organizations such
as the American Society of Materials, American Society for Testing Materials, Society
of Automotive Engineers, American Welding Society, the American Bar Association, Toledo
Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association. In addition to professional organizations,
Don has served on many business and service organizations such as the Rotary Club
of Toledo, United Way of Toledo, YMCA of Toledo, St. Lukes Hospital, Ohio Care, Incorporated,
First Interhealth Incorporated, The University of Toledo Center for Family Business,
Steel Service Center Institute and the M.I.T. Education Council.
Don is a member of Hope Lutheran Church and the Ohio Synod. Some interesting facts
about Don shared by coworkers is that he is an accomplished amateur photographer,
a crackshot with a pistol, team photographer for Northview High School football team
for a few years.
In addition to the many activities he is involved in, Don is President and Chief Executive
Office of the Art Iron Company since 1973. Prior to that Don served as Vice President
from 1960 through 1973.
Don and his wife Barbara reside in Sylvania, Ohio.
