Share Drive Restoration
If you have accidentally deleted a file or a folder in Z drive, IT Help Desk can recover it for you. All you have to do is submit a ticket by giving us the following information included in the ticket and the team will reach out to you.
- Path to the file (Example Z:\FolderName\FileName)
- Date and time you would like to have restored to.
- Name of deleted file(s)
- Contact phone number and email address.
Please call the IT Help Desk at 419-530-2400 (Main campus) or 419-383-2400 (Health Science campus) if you still need any additional assistance. You can also submit a ticket by going here and please make sure to include any screenshots of the error you get while doing this process.
