VPN Access Form
VPN can be used when using certain applications/websites when working remote and you need to be on a UT network. VPN does this for you. It is a Virtual Private Network that connects you to the UT network which will let you access applications such as EPIC. Fill out the form by clicking on the link below to get access to VPN.

Before requesting VPN access, please consider the alternate methods for accessing
UT resources.
To request VPN access for faculty or staff, please complete the VPN Request Form below. The form below is NOT to be used for vendors.

Requests for vendors or other external organization for Vendor VPN or Vendor Vlab
The manager/analyst of the vendor/affiliate account will need to create an iSupport ticket and forward
it to the help desk.
Please call the IT Help Desk at 419-530-2400 (Main campus) or 419-383-2400 (Health
Science campus) if you still need any additional assistance. You can also submit a ticket by going here and please make sure to include any screenshots of the error you get while doing this
