- Dean’s Report: Melissa Gregory

Program prioritization reflects the fact that curriculum changes over time as our students and their needs change. Faculty can help drive some of those changes with cross-disciplinary partnerships and rethinking how underenrolled programs can be modified, giving thought to how we want to position programs and UToledo for success. The Dean emphasized that the University is working hard to position itself for the future, and this is the story she would like faculty to share with the local community.
-  Executive Committee Report: Ammon Allred

The Committee discussed the agenda and scheduling the All-College meeting in spring semester, which will be Thursday, March 14, in-person.
- Faculty Senate Report: Gaby Semaan
The Faculty Senate met on December 5. The Provost talked about program prioritization and that programs below the top 50 will be scrutinized. Program prioritization is not necessarily a cost-cutting measure and the Board of Trustees and the state of Ohio are pushing the timeline. A list will be provided in January. President-Elect Kim McBride shared results from the Faculty Senate survey on how budget cuts are affecting faculty. A written report is forthcoming. Note: Faculty Senate Minutes are available on their website.
- Graduate Council Report: Jami Taylor
