The Power To Do
Distinctive Sales Education
Developing Professional Sales Leaders Through Real-World Experience
Since introducing the first undergraduate professional sales degree program within the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business in 2000, The University of Toledo has cemented its status as a national leader in the development of sales professionals.
Today the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation’s Edward H. Schmidt School of Professional Sales prepares undergraduate and graduate students to launch their sales careers through a comprehensive curriculum integrating real-world experience through corporate collaboration, internship opportunities and a national role-play competition as well as top-notch faculty who place UToledo among the Top 10 academic institutions in the world for lifetime sales research impact as calculated by the academic analytics database ScholarGPS.
It all adds up to a nearly perfect post-graduation job placement rate, with approximately 40% of those graduates heading to corporate sponsors and partners like Hilti, International Paper and Owens Corning, the building products company on the Fortune 500 with a headquarters less than 5 miles from UToledo’s Main Campus.
