Tom has over 20 years of experience in higher education in a variety of student success roles including academic advising, career services, and online learner support. He’s a proud graduate of The University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration and received a Master’s of Career and Technology Education from that school down south (BGSU). Tom is committed to providing support and direction to allow each student to succeed in their academic journey. When not at work, Tom enjoys his daily early morning workouts, running, going to concerts and sporting events, or just hanging out at home with his wife and son.

Lyndsay is a Toledo-area native and a proud graduate of the University of Toledo. She comes to UToledo with years of academic advising and teaching experience. She finds advising rewarding and enjoys the connections that she gets to build which motivates her to have a positive impact on her students and colleagues. Outside of work, Lyndsay enjoys spending her time with her two sphynx cats and attending live comedy and music events.

Dale was born and raised in Toledo and is a 2001 graduate of UToledo.  He went on to receive his master’s degree from Arizona State University, then decided to return home to UToledo in 2011 and has been working here since. Dale is a committed Higher Education professional with 20+ years of experience, and 15+ of those years in Academic Advising.  When Dale is not at work, he can typically be found spending time with his wife Liz, watching sports, cooking, hanging out with family, or watching Food Network/reality shows.

Heidi has lived in the Toledo area since 2021 after moving from SE Michigan. She completed her undergraduate degree at Adrian College and her graduate degree at Michigan State University. She has spent most of her career in education, with experience spanning across adjunct teaching, admissions, study abroad advising, academic advising, community health education, and teaching junior high English. Heidi loves building relationships with students and guiding them toward their academic and career goals. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, taking art classes, and cheering her children on in all their many artistic and athletic endeavors.
