WHEREAS, Dr. Andrea Kalinoski has provided dedicated and outstanding leadership to Graduate Council as Chair during the 2017-2018 academic year.

WHEREAS, Dr. Kalinoski provided exemplary leadership in the creation and discussion of the College of Graduate Studies Strategic Plan.

WHEREAS, Dr. Kalinoski has gracefully dealt with many challenges and resolved many issues for Graduate Council, graduate faculty and graduate students.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that The University of Toledo Graduate Council extends its deepest gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Andrea Kalinoski for her efforts and guidance as Graduate Council Chair.
